How to Brew Your Best Cup
Floral, chocolate, and dark fruit notes with a light body and mild acidity — this high-altitude Ugandan excels in methods that highlight its delicate complexity.
- Pour-Over — Medium-fine grind. 1:15 ratio (1g coffee : 15g water). Bloom for 30 seconds, then pour in slow circles. Our top pick — the clean extraction highlights the floral and dark fruit notes beautifully.
- Drip Machine — 1–2 tbsp per 6 oz filtered water. Medium grind. A clean, approachable everyday cup that lets the chocolate and fruit notes come through.
- French Press — Coarse grind. 1 tbsp per 4 oz water. Steep 4 minutes, press slowly, pour immediately. Adds body while keeping the floral complexity intact.
Pro Tip: Grown at up to 2,500M — one of the highest altitude coffees in our lineup. Brew at 200–205°F with filtered water to preserve the delicate floral and fruit notes. Store in an airtight container away from light and heat.
