How to Brew Your Best Cup

That classic nutty hazelnut character shines with a clean medium brew — the Brazilian base keeps it smooth and approachable in any method.

• Drip Machine — 1–2 tbsp per 6 oz filtered water. Medium grind. A timeless, crowd-pleasing cup morning or afternoon.
• French Press — Coarse grind. 1 tbsp per 4 oz water. Steep 4 minutes, press slowly, pour immediately. Rich and full-bodied with a warm nutty finish.
• Pour-Over — Medium-fine grind. 1:15 ratio (1g coffee : 15g water). Bloom for 30 seconds, then pour in slow circles for a bright, clean hazelnut cup.

Pro Tip: Store beans in an airtight container away from light and heat. Grind right before brewing for peak hazelnut aroma.
