How to Brew Your Best Cup

This bold dark & medium blend shines with a coarser grind and a little patience — let those cocoa and caramel notes develop fully.

• Drip Machine — 1–2 tbsp per 6 oz filtered water. Medium grind. Perfect for an everyday bold brew.
• French Press — Coarse grind. 1 tbsp per 4 oz water. Steep 4 minutes, press slowly, pour immediately. The heavy body of this blend is tailor-made for French press.
• Pour-Over — Medium-fine grind. 1:15 ratio (1g coffee : 15g water). Bloom for 30 seconds, then pour in slow circles for a clean, complex cup.

Pro Tip: Store beans in an airtight container away from light and heat. Freshness is everything — grind right before brewing when you can.
